the term total compensation. It's the best way to illustrate the
combination of monetary components that demonstrates Accretion's commitment to its employees.
The direct portion of total compensation is the
base salary, plus partnership plan earnings through employee referrals and excellent benefit package for full-time employees.

Health Insurance
Full-time employees are able to participate in Accretion's PPO Medical/Prescription Insurance plan. The plan is available to all employees on the first day of the month following thirty (30) days of employment. Our benefits package includes medical, life insurance, and long term disability coverage.

Personal Days
Accretion enables full-time employees to accrue personal days off for vacation and sick/personal leave. Employees may carry over up to a maximum of five (5) vacation days from one year into the first quarter of the next year.
Employee Referral Bonus
An employee referral bonus is paid to Accretion employees who provide a resume of a person Accretion hires within 90 days after receiving the resume.
Direct Deposit
Accretion employees may have their paychecks deposited directly to their bank accounts beginning the first pay period after joining the company.
H1b & Green Card
H1b IT consultants have been instrumental
in IT revolution. We are a company that serves these IT professionals
who shape the way technology touches lives. Accretion will sponsor H1b and Green Card for the qualified IT Professional if needed.
Company will bear all expenses for processing H1b and major percentage in GC processing for full-time employees. We also do L1/B1/F1/OPT to H1b transfers.
